Hi there--I've worked as an Executive Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for over 17 years. My clients have included major global advertising agencies, large and mid-sized marketing organizations, and small start-ups. All in the digital, direct marketing, ecommerce and mobile/apps space (and a little brand and communications thrown in).

I don't believe the majority of colleges and universities provide enough usable and actionable advice, and kids graduate with huge debt, and really don't know how to go about a job search.
